Welcome to HBL Consultants, a trucking and freight brokerage firm based in Akron, Ohio.
HBL Consultants was started 18 years ago. We are both a truck brokerage and a truck line (HBL Express). Our corporate office is located in Akron, Ohio. Presently, we are moving over 250 loads a week between the two companies.
The brokerage side of our company has over 25,000 carriers under contract. These carriers rely on us to provide backhauls out of all locations in the transcontinental United States. This is why we have so much equipment available throughout the United States.
The latest in computer technology, and knowledgeable employees allows us to lead our competition. We have twelve dispatchers available daily to serve our customers. All of our dispatches have extensive experience in the transportation industry. This gives our customers a one call, centralized dispatch that can service your needs.
With gold book credit and paying our carriers in half the time of normal credit terms, HBL prides itself on having the best outside carriers representing us. This same excellent accounting department handles all our customers billing needs.
HBL Express presently has over 30 owner operators with over 50 trailers based out of Akron. We run to and from Ohio to most states within the US.
HBL is not looking to do just one load for our customers. We strive to develop a long-term business relationship that will benefit your company in a way that will make us a vital asset to your transportation needs.
